I have a couple recipes that I love from Goop and from Gwyneth Paltrow’s cookbooks but this is by far my favorite. It seems a little intimidating but it is actually easy and the result is as good as something you would find in a restaurant. It makes a lot of lentils so if you are only cooking for two you can definitely halve the recipe. Oh – and the lentils she uses are more commonly known as French lentils. Enjoy!
