This Veggie Burger is very good except it doesn’t have a lot of veggies… I added a little grated carrot and zucchini to mine and topped with avocado. You can sub out the rice with quinoa or farro and the bean with lentils if that is preferred. I also used ketchup instead of BBQ sauce because it had less sugar. We are also obsessed with Sir Kensington’s products, most recently their “special sauce,” which Marc put on his burger. I used their spicy ketchup but also love their vegan mayo.
