Cooking Class

I recently held a clean eating cooking class in my home for 12 women.  We didn’t actually get that much cooking done but we did do a lot of eating and talking.  Here are the recipes from the class from some of my favorite healthy blogs.  I will note any tweaks that I made.  Enjoy!

Vegan Banana Bread –  I used Spelt flour in this recipe and cooked at 350 degrees for about 55 minutes.
